This is just short “Thank you”.   As you know we had designed out a garage but then had the problem of finding a trust worthy contractor.  We had estimates from some and then their formal bids came back several times higher.  With Big Bear there were no surprises and the cost was exactly at bid.

Patrick thanks for keeping us informed and making recommendations along the way.  One prime example is the circular stairway.  The original design called for a standard stairway but the circular saves a great deal of space and will be a sales feature later besides being really cool. 

Thanks for giving me pointers along the way.  The plan was for me to complete the electrical.  A bigger job than I have done.  Your suggestions and pointers were invaluable.

When we started the building in November the weather was horrible.  We also started getting complaints from the neighbors for even thinking about the project.  Patrick worked through the bad weather and we have been getting compliments from the neighbors on how nice the building looks.
